OTTAWA – The aggressive immigration targets in the 2023-2024 Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Departmental Plan could help offset Canadian secularisation. The Departmental Plan calls for the potential arrival of more than 1.5 million immigrants to Canada by the end of 2025.
