The Canadian Muslim Public Affairs Council (“CMPAC”) welcomes the recent verdict in the case of Nathaniel Veltman, convicted of murder and attempted murder after deliberately targeting five members of a Muslim family in London, Ontario (“London Attack”).

The judge also sentenced Veltman to five life sentences in prison for killing four members of the Afzaal family and injuring one in the June 2021 truck attack.
