Help IslamicFamily Support Muslim Refugee Families Settle in Edmonton
In the face of unimaginable adversity, countless Muslim families find themselves displaced, leaving behind everything they know in search of safety and stability. These resilient individuals, escaping the horrors of conflict, arrive in Edmonton seeking solace and a chance to rebuild their lives. As one of Canada’s only Muslim-led Sponsorship Agreement Holders, IslamicFamily has supported the sponsorship of more than 400 refugees through partnerships with the Mennonite Central Committee and the Catholic Archdiocese since 2015. This achievement could not have been possible without the support of community members. As we continue to welcome families to Edmonton, we seek your assistance.
How your donation can make an impact
- Cover wages and administrative costs related to refugee support staff.
- Assist families with insufficient funds to sponsor applicants.
- Fund initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and connection within the diverse fabric of Edmonton.
By contributing to this campaign, you become an integral part of a transformative journey for refugee families. Together, we can create a welcoming community that champions diversity, resilience, and empowerment.
