Jeewan Chanicka is the Superintendent of Schools, Superintendent Equity, Anti-Racism & Anti-Oppression, Toronto District School Board. According to TED Ed, "In his 20 years in education, Jeewan Chanicka has seen how these identities, including race, gender, religion, and ability, and their intersections have been ignored by the educational system— to the detriment of marginalized students.
