Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) clients, managing pricing negotiations, and coordinating catering needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with B2B clients, negotiate pricing, and discuss menu options.
- Coordinate production workflow for multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform basic administrative duties, including filing, printing labels, and preparing order sheets.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
- Collect and analyze data to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective production methods
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
- Organize and lead meetings with production teams
- Handle administrative tasks related to production coordination
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B client management and pricing negotiations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
- Own transportation (car) is an asset.
- Previous experience with catering or working with non-profits is a required.
