Canadian Muslim Counselling Programs Manager (Part-Time) 20 to 25 Hours/Week

Position: Programs Manager
Position Type: Part-time Permanent, 20-25 hours per week

Description of Role/Tasks:
- Develop and coordinate community initiatives including need for tabling/booth opportunities alongside workshop coordinator
- Research, prepare and connect with various members of the community to explore new opportunities to collaborate
- Oversee the planning and delivery of workshops for community education and outreach.
- Work with therapists and mental health professionals to design workshop content tailored to various demographics.
- Liaise with stakeholders, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
- Create event materials (e.g., flyers, promotional content) in collaboration with the marketing team and therapists.
- Develop projects to promote CMC workshop and collaborative opportunities
- Respond to workshop requests and coordinate with clients to ensure effective and smooth delivery of workshops
- Manage workshop logistics, including scheduling, coordinating with facilitators, and ensuring accessibility for virtual and in-person sessions.
- Evaluate workshop effectiveness through participant feedback and metrics, providing regular reports.
- Work with therapists to organize new virtual/in-person workshop opportunities for various communities across Canada
- Actively connect with the marketing team to promote workshops effectively
- Maintain connections with ongoing partners while discussing new opportunities to collaborate
