As Ruh Care is growing, we are looking for an additional visionary leader to guide our clinical team and help shape the future of Muslim mental health insha’Allah.

You will be leading Ruh into its next phase of growth, supporting clinicians, and improving the quality and impact of our services, all while staying true to Islamic values.

Here are some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Provide clinical leadership and help shape strategic priorities
• Support our team of Muslim clinicians
• Recruit, train, and onboard new clinicians
• Organize monthly clinical and scholarly consultations
• Ensure ethical and legal compliance
