National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) 2025 Federal Election Guide and Election Portal
Written by National Council of Canadian MuslimsApril 10th, 2025 (Ottawa, Canada) In anticipation of the April 28th federal election, National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) is launching the 2025 Federal Election Policy Guide and the 2025 Federal Election Portal to make sure that voters stay informed on issues and ways to participate leading up to April 28th.
This 2025 Federal Election Policy Guide is a tool not just for Canadians to be informed on several important issue areas, but also for citizens to hold their candidates and elected officials accountable when it comes to their promises and policy ideas.
The Portal will act as a hub for Muslim Canadians and others to get voting information and all the ways they can participate in mobilizing the community ahead of election day.
“Our community is ready to mobilize to make sure that those running for office understand the commitments they must make, whether it’s addressing mass death in Gaza, or fixing violent Islamophobia here at home, or winning the fight to protect our constitutional rights. This election, we are ready for action,” said Stephen Brown, CEO of NCCM.
The 2025 Federal Election Portal includes ways to volunteer, questions for candidates, riding lists, and much more.
The Portal is the central place for Muslim Canadians and others to be involved leading up to election day.
We want every Muslim in Canada to hold their candidates and elected official accountable.
The Portal includes:
- Volunteer to mobilize our communities and neighbourhoods
- Find out all voting information
- See our community’s Joint Letter on Principle for Fed Election 2025
- See the list of questions to ask candidates at the door
- Where to go to participate in partisan organizing
Make use of this rare opportunity to highlight our issues on the national stage.
All of Canada will be watching and we can make a difference.
