Canadian Muslim Public Affairs Council (CMPAC) Vision for Budget 2024: Fostering Inclusivity and Combatting Islamophobia

Our recommendations include initiatives combatting discrimination within government agencies, fortifying the security of vital Muslim institutions, and advancing awareness campaigns to counter Islamophobia.

We urge reforms in the Canada Revenue Agency and the Canadian Border Services Agency to enhance transparency, and advocate for increased funding for the expansion of the Office of the Special Representative on Combatting Islamophobia (OSRCI).
