Sister to Sister: Muslim Women Healing Circle
This empowering workshop is designed for Muslim women aged 16-26, creating a safe and supportive space to share experiences, build resilience, and develop self-advocacy skills. It focuses on psychoeducation around emotional and mental well-being, using a Polyvagal Therapy approach to help participants understand how trauma impacts emotions, memory, and behavior. The session is facilitated by Kim Stitt, a BSW, RSW, and practicing mental health clinical services provider, ensuring participants receive expert guidance in healing and emotional regulation.
