Text as Visual Expression in Islamic Calligraphy

Discover the art of Islamic calligraphy through hands-on practice in this beginner-friendly workshop led by Soheila Esfahani. Using traditional tools like the Qalam (reed pen) and ink, participants will learn basic techniques and create their own calligraphy-inspired artwork. The workshop also explores how written language can be both a form of communication and a visual art. No prior experience with calligraphy or language is needed. This program is intended for adults only.
