As a Sakeenah Canada Home Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in spreading awareness, organizing impactful events, and connecting with others to support safe housing initiatives for women and children in need.
As a Sakeenah Canada Homes Ambassador, you will serve as a key representative of the organization in their local community.
Ambassadors are essential in raising awareness about Sakeenah Canada’s mission, organizing community outreach events, fundraising, and building connections to support the organization’s housing initiatives for women and children in need.
This volunteer position is suitable for passionate, community-minded individuals who want to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable populations all across Canada.
Who can become an Ambassador?
We encourage everyone to apply, but some qualifications we are looking for include:
- Passionate about Sakeenah Canada’s mission and values.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in community engagement, fundraising, or event planning is an asset but not required.
- Active presence on social media is a plus.
- Reliable and dedicated, with the ability to commit 5-10 hours per month to the role.
