Masjid Al-Ezz Muslim Martial Arts Instructor (Male and Female Needed)

Masjid Al Ezz is seeking passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructors to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in martial arts and a desire to teach and inspire students of all ages.

This role involves not only instructing classes but also fostering a positive Islamic learning environment that encourages personal growth, discipline, respect and submission to Allah. We will incorporate martial arts concepts into our Islamic identity to help us submit to Allah.

Male and Female instructors are both needed.

We need instructors for:

BJJ
MMA
Boxing
Karate
Taekwondo

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for various age groups and skill levels.
• Teach martial arts techniques, forms, and self-defense strategies while ensuring the safety of all participants.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the dojo or training facility.
• Organize and participate in events, competitions, and demonstrations to promote the martial arts program.
• Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding class schedules, progress, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in martial arts instruction with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of individuals, including children and adults.
• Knowledge of swimming is a plus, as it may be integrated into certain classes or programs.
• A commitment to continuous personal development in martial arts techniques and teaching methodologies.
