Hijabi Ballers is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Muslim women and girls through sports and community engagement. We strive to create inclusive spaces, build strong relationships, and promote the holistic well-being of our community.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Development Worker who is a self-starter and can work independently to join our team for a full-time work term. In this role, you will be empowered to drive community engagement, build key relationships within the Toronto community, and promote Hijabi Ballers programs and our App by actively participating in various events across Toronto.

The Community Development Worker will be a key driver in creating and executing innovative strategies that allow Hijabi Ballers to connect with untapped communities and foster a strong sense of belonging, both in person and within the digital space of our App. We are looking for someone who can bring their own ideas to the table and see them through to execution.
