 July 19th, 2023 Brampton, Ontario — Today, National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) representatives and lawyers attended a Brampton courthouse for the guilty plea of Mohammad Moiz Omar, an individual who identified as an atheist with a deep and violent hatred for Muslims.

The National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) are continuing the fight to challenge Quebec’s school prayer ban.

OTTAWA – The aggressive immigration targets in the 2023-2024 Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Departmental Plan could help offset Canadian secularisation. The Departmental Plan calls for the potential arrival of more than 1.5 million immigrants to Canada by the end of 2025.
