Join us for a supportive and interactive workshop focused on self-care and well-being for Muslim mothers experiencing burnout, exhaustion, or simply looking to be more intentional about their well-being.
Together, we’ll explore the importance of self-care, how it can impact our thoughts, behaviours, and overall wellness, and practical ways to incorporate it into everyday life. Participants will reflect on six areas of holistic health and develop realistic self-care strategies that fit their individual needs and routines.
The workshop will also include an opportunity to meet and mingle with other mothers, creating space for connection, conversation, and community.
Limited spots available.
