This workshop is designed to help community members prepare for Ramadan with a focus on emotional well-being and self-compassion. Participants will gain practical tools to manage stress, set realistic expectations, and support their mental health while fasting, all within an Islamic framework. The session also fosters reflection and community connection to help individuals enter Ramadan feeling grounded and supported.
