IDRF Little Helpers: Big Dreams A Children’s Fundraiser with Noor Kids (Ages 6 to 13)

As parents, many of us want our children to recognize their own privileges and learn the value of giving back. This event is designed to build that awareness in an age-appropriate, engaging, and impactful way.

The event will begin with a series of interactive STEM activity stations, where children will get to experience, in a hands-on, STEM-based, age-appropriate way, how real relief efforts work. They will have the opportunity to explore how clean water is filtered, how balanced and nutritious food packages are created for families and how food is grown in creative ways inside Gaza despite limited resources. These stations are meant to help children understand both the challenges families face and the science behind delivering aid effectively and impactfully.

Our special guest, Amin G. Aaser from Noor Kids, will then lead interactive activities and storytelling sessions for our families.

After the stations and storytime, families will gather for a warm sit-down lunch followed by a short program. We’ll also include a traditional fundraising moment where children can donate from their own piggy banks or sadaqa jars, helping them cultivate generosity and understand exactly how even their small contributions can create real impact.
