An afternoon of movement, reflection, and wellness for Muslim women
Join us on Saturday, July 20th for a unique and rejuvenating experience combining goat yoga and guided Islamic mindfulness — designed to support women’s mental wellbeing in a warm, welcoming environment.
This event features two interactive sessions, each offering the full experience of:
Goat Yoga by Yoga Kawa
A relaxing and playful session led by a certified instructor with the added joy of gentle goats joining your flow.
Mindfulness & Reflection in the Park
A guided session led by a Muslim mental health facilitator with grounding exercises and Islamic reflections in nature.
All participants will meet at:
We Before Me Studio
Unit #4, 1578 Finfar Ct, Mississauga, ON L5J 4K1 (Back Entrance)
We’ll walk to the nearby park together for mindfulness.
How it works?
You’ll choose to register for Session 1 or Session 2 — both include goat yoga and Islamic mindfulness, just in a different order:
Session 1
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Goat Yoga
12:00 PM – 12:15 PM · Mindfulness
Session 2
12:15 PM – 12:30 PM · Mindfulness
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM · Goat Yoga
No matter which session you attend, you’ll get to experience both parts of this one-of-a-kind event in a supportive, women-only space.
Tickets start at $50 per session and is open to women aged 14+ only. 100% of the ticket sales go towards supporting Nisa Mental Health.
