This event is open to women of all backgrounds who are interested in learning about mental health, abuse awareness, and mindfulness techniques, and individuals seeking to educate themselves on emotional and mental health or provide support to others.
This event is open to women (16+) of all backgrounds who are interested in learning about mental health, abuse awareness, and mindfulness techniques, as well as those seeking to educate themselves on emotional and mental health or provide support to others.
Participants are required to bring a yoga mat for their use. You may also choose to bring a pillow for added comfort.
What if I don't have a yoga mat? We encourage participants to try to borrow one from a family or friend, if not purchase one. You may also use a padded prayer mat.
Do I have to lie down on the yoga mat? Participants are encouraged to join at their own comfort level. Those with mobility limitations can participate while seated in a chair.
