What: Experience the powerful storytelling of Ana Falastini, a moving documentary series created by Palestinian women in diaspora. This Toronto premiere is a celebration of resistance and Palestinian Excellece in documentary and film.
Ana Falastini (Arabic for I Am Palestinian) introduces audiences to the Palestinian diaspora community in Vancouver, Canada. Told through the voices of three generations, the film weaves together stories of displacement, identity, and resilience. Each of the six episodes explores how Palestinians preserve their heritage through culture, language, and community, serving as a powerful act of resistance.
