This support group is our FREE 8-week program, designed for Muslim mothers. Caring for our well-being is crucial, but it can be particularly challenging for new parents, especially mothers who may feel isolated and struggle with transitioning into their parenting role.

Our sessions will connect Muslim mothers with community members while also teaching culturally relevant coping mechanisms that help cultivate a strong sense of self and well-being.
