Join us for an afternoon of guided relaxation techniques and interactive mindfulness activities rooted in both contemporary and Islamic practices. The workshop will include engaging exercises such as breathing techniques, guided dhikr meditation, and gratitude reflections to help seniors manage stress effectively. The second half of the event will serve as a social gathering with refreshments, allowing participants to connect, reflect, and build community relationships.
