Event Overview & Important Information

Dear Guests,

We are excited to invite you to our Eid Celebration on March 30, 2025 at Playcious Vaughan! Please read the following details carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Important Note About the Date:

• If Eid falls on March 30, 2025 (as expected), our event will feature refreshments instead of an iftar meal.
• If Eid is on March 31 instead (based on moon sighting), the event will become an iftar gathering instead of a regular celebration.

Ticket Pricing & Inclusions:

• Children under 3 years old: Free admission.
• Guests aged 3 and above: $24.50 per ticket, which includes:
• • Refreshments (or iftar, depending on the date)
  • Access to many Playcious play areas and activities
  • Gifts for children (based on age categories)

Additional Costs:

• Some attractions at Playcious require extra tokens and are not covered by the ticket price.
• The on-site cafeteria will be selling food and beverages beyond our complimentary refreshments.

Parental Supervision & Safety Disclaimer:

• While volunteers will be present to assist, parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times.
• The event organizers will not be liable for any lost items or accidents.

Refreshments & Timing:

• Refreshments will be served between 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM.
• We cannot guarantee food availability for late arrivals, so we kindly ask guests to arrive on time.

Fun Activities & Competitions:

• A Kahoot Quiz Competition will be held, with prizes for participating children (allocated at the discretion of event organizers).
• Prizes will be distributed based on age categories and availability.
