Join us with Dr. Syed Ibn Iqbal to gain clarity on marriage, finding a spouse, and the role of family & community. Limited seats – register!
NYM brings you the much awaited Union of Hearts Marriage Workshop delivered by Dr. Syed Ibn Iqbal.
For over a decade, this workshop has helped many individuals gain clarity about marriage, and dozens of participants have gone on to get married after attending. Union of Hearts is designed to address the real challenges surrounding marriage in our community and provide practical guidance rooted in wisdom and experience.
Unlike many discussions on marriage, Union of Hearts approaches the topic from both a macro and micro perspective, looking not only at individual readiness but also at the broader family and community dynamics that shape successful marriages.
A unique aspect of this workshop is the strong encouragement for parents to attend alongside their children. Marriage is not only an individual decision but one that involves families and community support. By bringing both generations together, the workshop helps build understanding and alignment between parents and those seeking marriage.
By attending this workshop, you will gain clarity on:
• The divine purpose of marriage
• How to prepare for marriage
• What to look for in a spouse
• The halal process of finding a spouse
• Halal ways to get to know a potential spouse
• The role of parents in successful marriages
• The role of community in supporting marriage
Our goal is to help build a community ecosystem that supports healthy marriages and those seeking them.
