Mosaic Convention Center invites all Muslims in Ottawa to the Healthy Fast Fest this Monday (Family Day) at the Mosaic Convention Center (12-4 PM).

This is a community health event led by Muslim doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals to help the community fast this Ramadan safely, with stronger faith and better anticipation for rewards.

* Lawyers will explain the legal rights of Muslim employees and student during Ramadan.

* Pharmacists can look at your prescription and help you manage your medication during the fast

* Therapists will help calibrate the mindset to welcome Ramadan challenges positively

* Imams will answer Fiqh questions about Fasting and Zakat

* Also: Kids program 3-6 and 7-12 years old
