Ottawa Protest Gaza Will Rise

Ottawa Join us on Friday Oct 17, as we once again stand up to demand that Canada impose an arms embargo and sanctions on Israel.

While we are relieved that the bombs have stopped dropping, our hearts remain heavy as Palestinians return to destroyed homes, schools and playgrounds - places once filled with life, joy and memory. But, if there is one thing Palestinians have shown us, it is that no amount of US-supplied bombs or dehumanizing propaganda can overcome the love of their homeland or their steadfastness in refusing to be uprooted. The price they have paid is unimaginable, and so we will again take to the streets to remind Palestinians that we stand with them.

Our work is just beginning and we remain as committed as ever to hold Israel, and all those complicit in genocide, accountable for their crimes. We will not rest until the systems of oppression that are the root causes of this violence and displacement are dismantled, and Palestine is free!
