On Monday, April 14, join the Ottawa chapter of the Palestinian Youth Movement for a panel discussion alongside Anakbayan, Assembly of 7 Generations, and the Ottawa Black Diaspora Coalition. We will explore how police, state violence and imprisonment are used as tools of oppression against our collective struggles for liberation.
As we approach International Prisoners Day, we are reminded of our revolutionary leaders who, despite being behind bars, continue to push our struggle forward. Police and prisons across borders work together to maintain power and push their oppressive agenda forward. Together, we can better understand our enemies, the tools used against us and how to fight back, despite the chains.
