The Delegation of the Ismaili Imamat is pleased to host an exhibition on the work of the Aga Khan Historic Cities Programme and its impact on the life and livelihoods of the artisans of al-Darb al-Ahmar, a historic neighbourhood in Cairo, Egypt. Come see photos, video, and handicrafts!
This exhibition showcases the work of the Aga Khan Historic Cities Programme in the development of Al-Azhar Park, highlighting how the project positively transformed the lives and livelihoods of the artisans in the surrounding neighborhood by engaging, training, and employing them in the park’s creation, and attracting more tourists to the area
This exhibition will be open to the public at the Delegation of the Ismaili Imamat in Ottawa from April 9th through to April 20th:
• Weekdays from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Location and Parking
The Delegation building is located at 199 Sussex Drive in Ottawa. Visitors are requested to enter by the Boteler Street entrance. Bags are not permitted.
No parking is available on-site, but street parking is available in the neighbourhood along Boteler Street, Dalhousie Street, Parent Avenue, and Bolton Street. When parking, please take care to respect any posted regulations.
