Led by our own community wellness advocate Maisaloon, this guided journaling session will help you dive deep into self-awareness, mindfulness, and gratitude. Journaling is a powerful tool for personal growth, emotional intelligence, and spiritual reflection, and we’ll show you how to make it part of your routine.
We’ll also cover overcoming writer’s block, all in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space.
