Welcome to Parenting with Sunnah and Science Series
From frustration to peace. From survival to soulful living.
Have you ever wondered why some people are more resilient than others?
Many of us hear the word “resilience” everywhere, yet few truly explain what it means and how to build our resilience muscle. And often, we don’t realize how deeply our own childhood attachment patterns shape our parenting, and even our relationship with Allah.
Parenting with Sunnah and Science is an interactive workshop series that brings together timeless prophetic wisdom and modern research. The roadmap has always been in the Prophet’s ﷺ example, and today’s insights from brain science, child development, and trauma research beautifully affirm that guidance.
In the second workshop of this monthly series, we will explore resilience and attachment: what they are, how our attachment style influences the way we parent, how we can nurture secure attachment, and thereby resilience, within ourselves and our children by deepening our relationship with Allah Subḥānahu wa Taʿālā.
Join us for an afternoon of meaningful learning, reflection, and community, guided by Muslim Parent Coaches in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
And bring your question and curiosity!
Who is it for?
Parents of all ages and stages. It’s never too late to create the relationship you truly desire with your child(ren).
