Join IMWAH and Second Story Women’s Centre for a free Safety and Self-Defense Workshop designed specifically for newcomer women!

Led by a certified instructor, you’ll learn easy self-defense techniques, get access to helpful resources, and connect with other women in a supportive space. Snacks will be provided!
