About Sh. Mu'aawiyah Tucker

Sh. Mu'aawiyah Tucker is an educator in Islamic law and digital assets with a background from the Islamic University of Madeenah and long experience teaching Arabic, Islamic studies, and computing. He entered the Bitcoin space in 2016, later creating content to help Muslims understand crypto through an Islamic lens. His work includes smart contract workshops, white papers on decentralized systems, and building businesses that accept Bitcoin. He is now developing a Bitcoin based marketplace and a peer to peer charitable donations project to help clarify crypto’s value for the Muslim community.
