Calling all nature enthusiasts! At My SoulMate, our goal is to create spaces where meaningful connections happen naturally. No pressure, no forced interactions—just real opportunities to meet like-minded individuals in a fun and engaging setting.

Where is it?

The activity will take place at Prince's Island Park in Calgary. The park is located in downtown Calgary and is easily accessible by car and public transit. The exact meeting point will be shared with registered participants.

Who can participate?

This activity is open to adult Muslim singles of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a novice explorer, a pleasant trail awaits you as well as an opportunity to make new friends along the way.

What’s on the program?

• Hike of 2,5 km (easy level trail)

This hiking activity provides the perfect opportunity for Muslim singles to come together and unwind amidst the serene backdrop of nature.

An halal experience: This hiking activity is designed to be fully halal compliant, ensuring a comfortable environment for all participants.

• No isolation between men and women

• Presence of a third person from My SoulMate at all times

• Respect for confidentiality: interdiction on exchanging numbers or other contact details between those present

• Activity organized according to prayer times (and space set up for this purpose)

• Interdiction on taking photos/videos to protect privacy

• Respectful icebreaker games where people can be completely comfortable

Friendly atmosphere and community connection: Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, this activity provides a safe space where you can be yourself and meet like-minded individuals who share your love for outdoor exploration, your spirituality and your values.

An opportunity to meet but also to continue a relationship after the activity: While respecting the confidentiality of those present, each participant who so wishes, at the end of the activity, will inform the organizer of their specific interest in one or more people present. If two people express mutual interest, My SoulMate will put these people in contact (after the activity) so that they can continue their approach with the goal of marriage.
