Pamir Diner opened in November 2016 and is located in the heart of underrated Surrey, BC. Owners and self-made chefs Ahmad and Kasim, both originally from Afghanistan, have been serving classic Afghan dishes ever since–including the nation's renowned Kabuli rice and Seekh Kabob! If you haven't tried Afghan rice and kabob yet, you haven't really been living!
