For nearly two decades, Shafqat has been a dedicated advocate for our community. He has volunteered with youth sports programs, organized cultural festivals, and spearheaded fundraising efforts for local hospitals, food banks, and numerous other charitable organizations. One of his proudest accomplishments was leading the successful campaign to establish the cricket pitch on White Clover Way in Mississauga, a project that continues to serve the community.
As the Liberal Member of Parliament for Brampton Centre, Shafqat brings the same passion, determination, and commitment to his work in Ottawa. If re-elected, he will continue to fight for policies that make life more affordable for Canadians, strengthen our public healthcare system, increase the availability of affordable housing, and build an economy that works for everyone.
