Muslim Medical Association of Canada MMAC’s mission is to serve God by following the teachings of His Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Holy Qur’an by uniting Canadian Muslim physicians and be a national advocate for specific healthcare needs and concerns of Muslim Canadians. MMAC aims to provide unique professional, educational and social services not only to its constituents, but also to the general public as a whole, ultimately contributing to building a healthy and just society. Our vision is to build a cadre of Muslim physicians who are driven to combine their Islamic heritage with their professional aspirations with the intent to contribute to the betterment of their communities, society and humanity on a regional, national and international level.
