Deaf Muslims of Canada

Deaf Muslims of Canada (DMC) is a registered Canadian Charity, based in Mississauga, whose goal is to provide access to Islamic knowledge and resources for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Muslims in the form of American Sign Language (ASL).

Services include:

• Training ASL Interpreters in Islamic terms and signs (example)

• Deaf Halaqas for Kids, Youth and Families (example)
• Workshops on Life Events from an Islamic perspective (example)
• Production of Islamic Education Videos with ASL Interpretation (example)
