Since 1999 this award winning Somali restaurant located right in the heart of Etobicoke, continues to be the leader in this category of Somali cuisine, striving to be the instrumental force in placing the unique dishes of the Horn of Africa on the map, and carries world-wide Somali Cuisine recognition. With its newer location and renovations, cradled in corner of Dixon and Islington, Istar Restaurant is now the prime location for all events ranging from award shows, bridal showers, birthdays, and catering events.
