People have forgotten about the pillar of Zakat and its virtues in this world and the hereafter. Like Salah, Zakat is also an important pillar which purifies wealth and helps facilitate social cohesion.

Muslim Family Services of Ottawa (MFSO) and the National Zakat Foundation (NZF) are pleased to offer Zakat application assistance on a weekly basis.

Where: 309 Cooper St., Suite 400, Ottawa (4th floor)

When: Tuesday & Thursday from 4:00pm—6:00pm

Please note: Office hours are to initiate the application process only. Applicants are then evaluated for zakat eligibility. Approval is not guaranteed.
