Qabeelat Falaah (Al Maghrib Institute)

All Praise due to Allah, the summer of 2008 marked the beginning of this change; our team was formed. Brothers and sisters from different parts of the city came together to join in and attempt to bring Al-Maghrib Institute to our knowledge-starved community. Our objective is to draw nearer to Our Lord through the increase of righteous actions, acceptance and application of beneficial reminders, and increase in the remembrance of Allah thus deepening our knowledge. These magnificent words were spoken by Muhammad Hassan Walid al-Dido al-Shanqiti and this is our mandate as Muslims. We named our team Banu Falaah, The Tribe of Success, as we yearn for our community to be a successful one. Furthermore, we anticipate our locality to be comprised of individuals who will pave and follow a successful path, the straight path to our Glorious Creator.
