McGill Syrian Students Association

We are a group of proactive students aiming to promote our rich heritage and wealth of culture to the mosaic of nationalities and identities at McGill. More importantly, we intend to motivate the community to take interest in Syria in all its aspects; from culture, to political debate, to refugee crisis, to long-term development and short-term emergency relief. SSA McGill has no ties to any specific political entity. Our values: - We attribute the same basic rights and freedoms we benefit from as ambitious students living abroad to Syrians back home. - We look beyond slogans and symbols and promote values. - We encourage dialogue and the exchange of fruitful ideas. Facebook
