My role is to help you explore your strengths and resources with compassion and empathy so that you work towards a meaningful and purposeful life.
I favour Acceptance and Commitment Therapy but also work with an integrative approach using CBT, Solution-Focused and future-oriented techniques. I also integrate spirituality into my practice with the consent of the client. I believe human being has also a spiritual side. Integrating spirituality into practice helps us make meaning in adversity.
