The ICLMG is a national coalition of 45 Canadian civil society organizations that was established in the aftermath of the September, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States. The coalition monitors and lobbies the federal government around national security and anti-terrorism legislation, and protects and promotes human rights and civil liberties in the context of the so-called war on terror.
