Indian Fusion.Half the menu offers street food - essentially snack-sized plates of familiar bar foods with an Indian flourish. There's a chicken tikka caesar salad, curry calamari and coconut mussels, for example. The other half of the menu focuses on naan, the Indian flatbread cooked by slapping it on the inside wall of a tandoori oven. That's how it's made at NaanOlicious, on a 1,300-pounder that had to be installed with a crane. There are the familiar naan and accompaniments - butter naan, garlic naan, paneer naan (stuffed with Indian cheese) - and also fusion naan, with North American pizza toppings and panaanis.
