In the heart of our city, where winters unfold with unforgiving cold, as we enjoy the warmth of our homes, grateful for the comfort of a hot meal bestowed upon us by Allah’s mercy and grace, many of our neighbors suffer the bitter chill.

Our Islamic principles guide us to lend a helping hand and care for the homeless. In collaboration with the City of Edmonton and Homeward Trust, we are committed to delivering compassion by offering our space for Emergency Overnight Winter Shelter for those less fortunate.

During these challenging times, we invite you to seek Allah’s reward through generosity. Take action by volunteering at the shelter, or spread kindness through warm greetings; a simple smile and a “Good Morning” can go a long way.

.

Let's come together and show our Islamic values and identities through kindness and compassion to uplift those in need. Collectively, let us become ambassadors of change in our city to narrate a story of warmth, unity, and a community that symbolizes the true essence of our religion.
