Written by Association of Palestinian Arab CanadiansThe Association of Palestinian Arab Canadians (APAC) held the 9th annual Palestine Day on the Hill on June 11, 2025 with the support of the office of Member of Parliament Salma Zahid.
This year’s theme, “Threads of Resilience,” [spoke] to the unbroken strength of the Palestinian people in the face of generations of dispossession, occupation, and now, genocide.
As the world watches atrocities unfold in Gaza, this event [served] as a reminder that Palestinian resilience is not just a story of endurance - it is a demand for justice.
Through the event we [aimed] to confront the hard truths from the Nakba to today and call clearly for accountability.
