Ours is a time of rapid change and with a blurring between work and life, "keeping up" can often just mean "burning out". At MAX Mentors, we believe that being Muslim means balancing deen and dunya. And we believe that balance comes from the right sort of self-care, which includes time for spirituality and community. We believe this is the foundation for true resilience. This event will be the first of its kind where Dr. Tayyab Rashid, a licensed clinical psychologist (with more than 15 years of experience in mental health!) will walk us through a reflective exercise to learn the art of building resiliency through an evidence-based and pragmatic approach.A conversation with him will be a lasting one. Do not miss your chance to uninterrupted time with Dr. Rashid and an opportunity to engage in a workshop he’s delivered all across the world._________________________________Agenda:5:30 - 6:00 - Registration/Prayer6:00 - 6:20 - Introductions6:20 - 6:35 - Keynote Delivery on Wellness and Resiliency (Dr. Tayyab Rashid)6:35 - 8:00 - Workshop Pt.
