Mississauga Library Author Talks: Zarqa Nawaz

Zarqa Nawaz, creator of internationally renowned CBC comedy series Little Mosque on the Prairie, is the author of the memoir Laughing All the Way to the Mosque. Her latest work Jameela Green Ruins Everything is a hilarious satire about a disillusioned American Muslim woman who becomes embroiled in a plot to infiltrate an international terrorist organization and, in the process, reconnects with her loved ones and her faith.

Hear authors read from their books, ask questions, learn about the writing process, and find out more about their craft of telling captivating stories. For ages 13 and over. All author talks are free with registration. A Mississauga Library card is not required.
