The Islamic Society of Ridge Meadows was created to enable the growing Muslim community to practice Islam according to the Quran and Sunnah of the Rasool Allah SAS. To achieve this objective, the Society has started some activities on a regular basis. They include organising Regular Friday Prayers, and Quran Classes. In addition, the Society also works at the local prison, where regular visits are conducted to remind the inmates of Islam and being good citizens. The long term goal of the Society is to operate an Islamic Center in the area for holding religious and community events.
